Most Anticipated: Tamako Market
Please Don’t Make Me Watch This!: Touhou Hakken Ibun
Show That I’ll Miss The Most: Sword Art Online

Most Anticipated: Chihayafuru 2
I’m delighted that we’re getting more great Karuta action from Madhouse, and this josei series is far and away the Winter ‘13 series I’m most excited for. The first series had an adequate ending, but one where you knew that the Karuta Club was to be more than what we’ve seen. Hopefully, Arata doesn’t up and run away like he did in the first series and regains his scary competitive form in the second season.
Please Don’t Make Me Watch This!: Any More Anime Trailers
Good god, they all suck. I’m not necessarily suggesting that they be big theatrical trailers like a Lord of the Rings, but just break away from the terribly annoying structure of playing a theme song as the only audio track available while showing characters talking but not being heard. It is mostly the crappier anime that do this, so I’d give a pass to something like the -monogatari series.
Boobs or Butts?
This season we have Senran Kagura pushing their Artland-animated mammaries up against Vividred Operation’s youthful posteriors being rounded produced by A-1 Pictures. An A-1 butt doesn’t look all that bad, and I should be completely ashamed of myself for going down this path…

Most Anticipated: Minami-ke 4
I just love Minami-ke so much that I can’t wait for this! The comedy is absolutely golden and the characters are some of the best you’ll find in any anime. I might be echoing a lot of what I said earlier, but what else can I say? Well, if you haven’t seen any Minami-ke yet, then I cry for you. It is an absolutely must see for anyone who calls themselves an anime fan.
Please Don’t Make Me Watch This!: Love Live!
I wouldn’t be surprised to see this anime in the next Saw movie.. You get the option to stab your eyes out with unsharpened pencils or watch the anime… I’d stab my eyes out, then jam the pencils in my ears.
Get this out of my god damn anime: CENSORING!
I’ve given up on them not censoring violence, but why, oh why, the ecchi?! Shows like To-Love Ru Darkness can not be enjoyed with such harsh censoring. We had several seasons in a row with great nudity, but censoring made a comeback this season and it needs to go!

    Happy New Year you guys

All I can say about this winter season is that it really do looks complete trash, too much otaku bait shows for me. There is only two new show(I’m not count the shows that an second season as new shows, as Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai NEXT) that following,in this season, now that I know Maoyuu will be garbage too. And the first show that I’m somewhat looking forward to is Sasami-san@Ganbaranai because it sounds like it will be blast to watch, not mention that Akiyuki Shinbo is directing the show and I just adore his work.

The second shows is Ore no Kanojo to Osananajimi ga Shuraba Sugiru because I found that manga to be amusing, although with it being 1 cour, I fear that they’ll turn the story into another generic harem fare.

With that said I’ll watch each show given the slim chance that I might like one

    • This season might not be great, but it doesn’t need to be. There are at least 4 shows that I can see that I’ll like and/or at least watch… Minami-ke 4, Haganai 2, Roman, and Tamako Market and there are always at least 1 or 2 shows that surprise me. Only 6 anime I was watching last season ended, so if 6 shows turn out well, then I’ll be watching the same amount. There are still 10 ongoing shows I am watching, Bakuman, HxH, Ixion Saga, Magi, One Piece, Psycho-Pass, Robotics;Notes, Sakurasou, Space Bros, and Zetsuen no Tempest. This season has more than enough to last me through the winter.
