After seeing the first episode I must say that I enjoyed it quite a bit. I was a bit nervous when I saw Todd Haberkorn was playing Natsu. When I looked at the other rolls he had played I saw that he did xxxHolic, which I had recently seen a dub for and needless to say it was terrible. However he did a great job in the first episode. Lucy’s voice actress also did a fine job, but no matter how much trouble she gets in, Aya Hirano has such a great voice that I found anyone that I’ve liked better than her voicing over her rolls. Happy’s voice actress is spot on! Tia Ballard should take over more Kugamiya Rie‘s rolls. I looked over a few of the other voice actors and I am pretty excited about the cast. It definately makes me want to purchase some Fairy Tail dvds.
